This article "Contributions of Built Environment to Childhood Obesity" is about a mixture of things such as information on children nutrition, how  childhood obesity is becoming relevant, information on how lack of activity is causing obesity, and data/ statistics on childhood Obesity. 
--The reliability of this source is really efficient because this research information is a scholarly article that is up to date, has an author, and update information that you can trust, as well as the library classified this article to being a helpful source.
--I will be able to utilize this information for my paper because the necessary information I need to write my paper is in this article. For instance, why is there a lack of activity (technology usage) [could be found in article]  and also the data and statistics would be helpful to state some background info in my essay as an argument and support.
